From Indianapolis: Take I-465 to I-70 East and follow this to IN-9 exit 104 toward Maxwell/Greenfield. Merge onto North State Street/IN-9 toward Greenfield. Turn west onto West Green Meadows Drive. We are located at 740 West Green Meadows Drive in suite 110.

After Hours

If you have a medical crisis, please call 911 or go to the emergency room. If you have an urgent situation that cannot wait until the next business day, there is a physician on call 24 hours a day. Please contact our office at 317-318-7000 to obtain the cell phone number to call in these cases.

Calls after hours should be for emergencies that cannot wait for the next business day. Doctors are always more limited in the help thy can provide to you when you call after hours. They do not have your medical records with them and may not remember all the details they should know to answer your questions.

Pain which requires emergency medication or other acute problems should be seen immediately in a local emergency room or urgent care center. Our medical staff may direct you to the emergency room and communicate with the doctors in that facility about your case.
